Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
8 pieces lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Brown
ground
beef.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Season
as desired.
Put on lasagna noodles to boil. Stir together cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese,
eggs, Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Smear a little sauce in bottom of 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.
Lay down half of noodles.
Cover with 1/2 of cheese mix,
then half of spaghetti sauce.
Repeat, ending with meat on top.
Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
