Sweet Potatoes And Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 can sliced pineapple
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Boil potatoes. Slice into pieces. Place layer of sweet potatoes in a buttered casserole. Cover with layer of pineapple slices. Repeat layers to top. Sprinkle top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
