Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    6 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add milk and all other ingredients.
    Toast bread that has been buttered, cinnamon and sugar on it.
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Pour in bottom of pan.
    Pour all ingredients over bread crumbs.
    Sit in larger pan to bake, with 1/2 inch water.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, turn down to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Instant vanilla pudding can be put on top of it.
