French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices fat free white bread (Wonder)
    1 carton Egg Beaters (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. skim milk
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
    In a nonstick skillet, spray with butter flavored Pam. Over medium heat, after dipping bread in Egg Beaters mixture, brown about 3 minutes on each side.
    Re-spray as needed.
    Makes 5 servings (2 slices each).
