Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Add gelatin and blend well.
Cool mixture 15 or 20 minutes.
Fold in fruit.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
