Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large vidalia onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    25 crushed Ritz Crackers
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions with margarine in large skillet for 15 to 20 minutes over medium flame. Place half of onions in 13 x 19 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with half of crackers and half of parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 gas oven for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
