Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil/oregano
    1 can beans (kidney, red or white; your choice)
    1/2 bag frozen cut green beans
    3 large carrots
    1 zucchini
    1 portabello mushroom
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in microwave or stove, then place in crock-pot.
    Drain and wash beans; place in pot.
    Chop up carrots, zucchini and mushrooms.
    Place all other ingredients in pot; stir well.
    Put on high approximately 6 hours.
