Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 tsp. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. hot cooked rice or 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown beef in butter.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery. Simmer on range top until tender.
    Pour into 4-quart baking dish. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and rice.
    Blend well.
    Garnish top with chopped parsley.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
