Spanish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. pimento strips
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces; roll in seasoned flour and brown in hot oil.
    Remove from skillet.
    Cook onion, garlic and green pepper in remaining oil until onion is golden.
    Add pimento and rice; stir over low heat 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat to boil.
    Pour into
    2-quart casserole.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
