Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. each shortening and butter
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper
    bag.
    Put
    shortening and butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish
    and melt in oven.
    Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in the flour at a time.
    Place the floured chicken in hot oil. Bake 30 minutes; turn and bake 30 minutes more.
