Date Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. All-Bran cereal
2 c. wheat germ
2 c. 40% Bran Flakes
2 c. chopped dates
1 c. oil
4 eggs (we use Egg Beaters)
2 c. water
1 qt. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a 6-quart mixing bowl, mixing well.
Add dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
