Christmas Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. (according to taste)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, 1/3 cup water and pumpkin.
Sift next 6 ingredients.
Beat together and add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done by testing.
