Pineapple Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or cream (whipped)
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple; add juice and chill mixture until slightly thickened.
    Beat until frothy. Fold in the cheese, pineapple, horseradish, nuts and mayonnaise or cream.
    Spoon into mold and chill until set.
