Crabmeat-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    7 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread; cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine
    bread
    cubes,
    milk and mayonnaise; stir well.
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Remove mixture from refrigerator; stir in\teggs,
    crabmeat,
    onion
    and parsley.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.\tArrange broccoli in a
    lightly greased

    9\tx 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon crabmeat
    mixture evenly
    over broccoli.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0
    for
    40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
