Margarita Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. lime juice (fresh is better)
    1/3 c. tequila
    2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
    2 tsp. grated lime peel
    1 baked 10-inch pie crust
    1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
Preparation
    Combine gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Beat egg yolks and lime juice until foamy.
    Stir into gelatin mixture.
    Cook over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in tequila, liqueur and lime peel.
    Chill until thick, but not set.
