Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding or lemon or pineapple
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup cooking oil in bottom of rectangular cake pan. Dump 1 package yellow cake mix over top of oil and add eggs, coconut and pineapple with juice and water.
    Stir until ingredients are mixed well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (test with toothpick for doneness).
    Remove from oven and poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon.
    Make package of instant pudding as directed on package.
    When slightly set, pour over cake so that pudding goes in holes. The rest over the cake.
    Before serving, top with Cool Whip and generously sprinkle with coconut.
