Buttermilk Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 qt. pecan halves
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil sugar and buttermilk until forms a soft ball.
Add soda, salt and vanilla.
Stir in pecans until coated.
Pour on wax paper and spread pecans out.
