Carolyn'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 sticks margarine
    3 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and margarine in warm oven. Mix sugars, milk, Karo syrup and salt and bring to a boil for 11 minutes. Add melted chips and margarine. Add vanilla. Beat until it begins to thicken. Pour onto buttered foil or brown paper.
