5 or 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. corn
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 lb. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
