Batter For Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Add enough water to make batter thick enough to cling to fillets.
    After fish is fried, pour mixture of lemon juice, melted butter and parsley over fish.
