Raspberry Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh raspberries or frozen, thawed and drained
Preparation

Grease 12 (3-inch) muffin pan cups.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In medium size bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and vanilla.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg.
Beat until well blended.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk mixture, beating until batter is just combined.
Gently fold in raspberries.
