Crab And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. fresh crab meat or 1 can crab meat
2 c. shrimp or 2 cans
1 loaf thin sliced bread, buttered on both sides and cubed
1 small onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
-
Combine bread, onion and eggs.
Mix and cover.
Refrigerate overnight. Four hours before serving, add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate.
Makes a large salad. Serves 12.
