Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter, add milk and brown sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring the mixture until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
Add confectioners sugar until it's the right consistency to spread.
