Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 jars plum tapioca baby food *
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar and spices.
Add plums, oil and beaten egg.
Add nuts.
Just mix this cake.
Don't beat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour in greased and floured tube pan.
