1 (8 oz.) c. coffee low-fat yogurt *
1 (8 oz.) c. vanilla low-fat yogurt*
2 oz. whipped cream cheese
confectioners sugar
1 (3 to 4 1/2 oz.) pkg. sponge cake type ladyfingers
1 1/2 c. thawed frozen light whipped topping (about 3/4 of an 8 oz. container)
2 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
2 tsp. instant Espresso-coffee powder
3/4 c. coarsely crushed Amaretto cookies (6 pairs of cookies)
unsweetened cocoa

*Do not use yogurt that contains gelatin; it does not allow the whey to drip from the yogurt.
