Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    flour, salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    6 oz. pure pineapple marmalade or peach-pineapple preserves
Preparation
    Coat meat with seasoned flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add barbecue sauce, vinegar and water.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Add green pepper strips and marmalade during last 15 minutes.
    Serve over boiled rice.
