Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium size zucchini or 2 bags frozen, sliced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 eggs
    1 whole green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salt water until clear.
    Mix mayonnaise, eggs, green pepper and onion.
    Drain zucchini; add to mixture. Fold in Parmesan cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
