Creamy Sautéed Cucumbers With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cucumbers (about 2 lb.), peeled, seeded and cut into 2-inch strips
    2 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. fresh dill
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook garlic in oil over low heat, stirring until it begins to color. Add cukes; cook over moderate heat, stirring until cukes are tender and wilted. Stir in the vinegar and cream. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat; stir in the dill and salt and pepper to taste.
