Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (tall can)
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick oleo
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Debone.
Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can of milk and stir in chicken.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix the small package of stuffing mix with the melted oleo and then add the hot water.
Crumble or sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
May be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
Serves 8 to 10.
