Choco-Peanut Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 4-cup glass measure, heat chocolate with milk on High in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Stir, then stir in sugar.
    Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. Serve hot or cold over ice cream, pound cake or sliced bananas.
    Makes 1 cup.
