Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and mix until blended.
    Sift flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl.
    Add rhubarb and nuts to liquid ingredients and add flour mixture.
    Do not overmix.
    Pour batter into 2 large or 4 small loaf pans, which have been greased and floured.
    Before baking, sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
