    3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck roast
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers (undrained)*
Preparation
    *Can use mild banana peppers.
