Carrots In Cinnamon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby carrots
    1 Tbsp. grated coconut
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean carrots; place in saucepan.
    Sprinkle other ingredients over carrots.
    Cover with water.
    Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove carrots.
    Boil sauce for 2 minutes (or until it thickens). Pour over carrots.
