Snappy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. green beans
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Cook onion in reserved fat until tender.
    Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over hot cooked, drained beans.
    Crumble bacon atop.
    Serves 3 or 4.
