Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large, meaty tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. each: diced cucumber, green onion, celery and green pepper
1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
pinch of basil and dill weed
2 cloves garlic, mashed
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (12 oz.) can vegetable juice
pinch of chili seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill 24 to 48 hours to blend flavors. Add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl, if desired.
