Bran Cereal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. any bran cereal
1 c. skim milk
1 egg or 1/4 c. low-cholesterol egg substitute
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir bran cereal and milk together; let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Add egg, oil and honey.
Beat well.
Stir remaining ingredients together in separate bowl.
Add to liquid mixture and stir only until mixed.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
