Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
Preparation

Put tomatoes, paste and spices in blender.
Add to drained, cooked meats.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.
Stir together cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, alternate layers, starting with noodles, then cottage cheese mixture, sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
End with noodles and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
