Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Spread chopped pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and spread on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
No icing is needed.
