Slimming Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients, plus dash of pepper in pan.
    Place chicken on top.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken, sprinkle with paprika.
    Combine cornstarch and water.
    Stir in skillet.
    Cook and stir to thicken.
    Cook 1 minute more.
    Spoon sauce over chicken. Yields 4 servings, 139 calories per serving.
