Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread in greased pie plate.
In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 until knife inserted comes out clean. Top with cheese and let melt.
