Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover cooked beef
1 c. gravy
1/4 c. celery, cut in small pieces
1/4 c. carrots, cut in small pieces
1 c. potato cubes
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix together and place in a casserole.
Cover.
Bake slowly one hour.
