Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 2 loaf pans. Cream the shortening and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Blend in dry ingredients except nuts and raisins.
Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake in prepared pans 65 to 75 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
