Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook carrot strips covered in small amount of water, boiling for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
    Put into shallow casserole.
    Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion, salt and pepper and spread on carrots.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over mayonnaise mix.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. Yields 6 servings.
    Double for potlucks.
