Mustard Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion or chopped green onions
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    4 to 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle, cubes or relish
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard or to taste
    1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.
    Cook in enough water to cover until tender.
    Drain and cool until warm.
    Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, salt and celery seed.
    Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add potatoes and mustard mixture.
    Mix lightly or until well blended.
    Do not overmix or potatoes will mash.
