Two-Step Chicken Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In large bowl, place chicken, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, tarragon and oil; stir together until well mixed.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring once or twice to blend ingredients.
