Steamed Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. sour milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add raisins, molasses, sour milk and egg.
    Line steamer pan with waxed paper; steam for 3 hours.
    Serve warm with sweetened White Sauce.
