Snow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cold water
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin (1/4 oz.)
1 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation

Stir well 1/4 cup cold water and unflavored gelatin.
Boil 1 cup water and add sugar.
Add it to the first mixture.
Let cool, but not set.
Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour in jello ring mold and let set.
When serving, fruit pie filling in the cherry.
You can also use fresh sliced strawberries mixed with strawberry glaze.
