Calizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe for bread dough or frozen bread dough
    8 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 lb. cooked hamburger or sausage
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    garlic salt
    Italian spices
    1 well-beaten egg
Preparation
    Brown meat and set aside.
    Season with garlic salt and Italian spices.
    Pour in tomato sauce and cheese.
    With well-buttered hands, shape bread dough into squares.
    Place a spoonful of meat and cheese mixture in the middle of the dough.
    Fold sides of dough over meat sauce and seal the edges.
    Place on a well oiled cookie sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for about 20 minutes.
    When cooked, brush with butter.
