Crabmeat In Toast Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves thin sliced bread
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) crabmeat
    1 tsp. green onion, minced
    2 tsp. parsley, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut crust from bread.
    Cut into rounds with 2 1/2 inch cutter. Brush both sides with melted butter.
    Press into tiny muffin tins.
    Bake cups in 450\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes or until brown.
    Melt the 3 tablespoons of margarine in a medium saucepan.
    Stir in flour and cook until bubbly (about 1 minute).
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add milk and crabmeat.
    Fill each toast cup with mixture and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Yields about 100 cups.
