Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread, cooked and crumbled
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. chicken broth (from stock)
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, cooked and boned (not overcooked)
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 each eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    black pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Place half in greased baking pan. Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayonnaise.
    Spread over cornbread mixture.
    Beat eggs, milk and broth; add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Pour over chicken.
    Pour remaining cornbread over chicken.
    Spoon soup over dressing, sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at least 45 minutes or until brown at 375\u00b0.
